Introduction
Case Study
The discharging particle size of calcium carbonate powder production line in New Zealand is 5 to 10 microns and the output is 1 ton per hour. The existing equipments of customers (including jaw crusher and Raymond mill) can not meet their requirements . So we recommend them a set of micro-powder production line.
Production Process
Raw materials with size of 12 -14 are crushed to 2 by jaw crusher, then enter into the equipping hammer for secondary crushing, and the size of these materials will be less than 0.4, then be fed to the storage silos from the discharging opening, the vibrating feeder behind the storage silos evenly transferred the materials to the mill machine of main production line unit. When the materials are grinding in the milling machine, the blower will feed the materials to the grading machine, and under the control of the control box, the impeller of the grading machine can operates at an adjustable speed. According to customers’ requirements, materials with size less than 10 microns will be separated out, and the larger ones will sink for further grinding.
Materials with size of 10 microns and less than 10 microns will enter into the cyclone collector with the air from the blower and be collected, then discharge from the discharging valve and become into the final product. The bag filter will clear the outflow of the air to protect the environment.
